BRISKPE - Associate - Sales (2-4 yrs)
Lead Generation :
- Identify and research potential clients within the target market.
- Follow up on inbound leads and source new sales opportunities.
- Conduct daily outreach calls to acquire new clients.
Client Onboarding :
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs.
- Educate clients on BRISKPE's services and unique value propositions.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process for clients, including those referred by the inbound team (via WhatsApp, email marketing, website inquiries).
Relationship Building :
- Respond to inbound queries and initiate follow-up calls with leads.
- Meet assigned targets and qualify for incentives.
- Foster positive relationships with clients.
- Conduct service calls to maximize engagement from both new and existing clients
Market Research :
- Stay abreast of industry trends and monitor competitor activities.
Reporting :
- Maintain accurate records of lead generation efforts and client interactions.
- Generate regular reports tracking lead conversion rates and onboarding progress.
- Document all service ticket-related issues for record-keeping purposes.
