Brindco Sales - Key Accounts Manager - Sales - Modern Trade (3-7 yrs)

Role And Responsibilities : 


- Develops sales Plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the company. Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region. Position requires 3- 7 years of Experience mainly with Beverage /FMCG/ HORECA/MT with excellent communication skills.

- Appointment/expansion of Distribution network and retail bandwidth /MT.

- Executing in Staff Training of the Hotels, Meeting Top line F&B and key deciding person of the Hotels and restaurants.

- Plan Direct and implement sales strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the sales objectives of the company

- Generate sales of the company products in the region through expansion of outlets and use innovative ideas to achieve the annual sales targets with a regular approach and developing new sub distributors and customers.

1. Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, outlet expansion, competitor activity and continuously search for new growth opportunities within the region

2. Support channel partners by sustaining and growing existing customer base.

Qualifications And Education Requirements : 


Any Graduate/Post Graduate
