Your Job Responsibilities Will Include :
In this role, you will be working with a motivated team to drive conversions for programs.
1) Drive monthly sales goals by making phone calls to working professionals.
2) Recognize prospects' needs and requirements and assist them in selecting the appropriate programme.
3) Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits and establish yourself as a "go-to" resource for product information.
4) Assist customers in understanding the program's unique selling points and establishing trust.
5) Proactively follow up with prospects to provide any additional information needed to close sales.
6) Maintain detailed prospect data in CRM and lead tracking software.
