Bridging Technologies - Team Lead - Inside Sales (1-15 yrs)
Experience : 1+ year as a Team Leader IN INTE
Location : Mohali
Job Responsibilities :
1. Manage the inside sales representatives team
2. Set and track sales targets for your team
3. Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
4. Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
5. Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
6. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
7. Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
8. Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
9. Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met
10. Build an open-communication environment for your team
11. Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
Job Requirements :
1. Proven work experience as an Inside sales manager
2. Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
3. In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
4. Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
5. Strong analytical and organizational skills
6. Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
7. BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field.
