Job Summary :

- We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. W are seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success.

Job Responsibilities :

- Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

- Understand customer needs and requirements.

- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.

- Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.

- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.

- Perform effective online demos to prospects.

Skills Required :

- Proven inside sales experience.

- Track record of over-achieving quota.

- Strong phone presence and experience in B2B US sales.

- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.

- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong listening and presentation skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
