Position Overview: Public Relations Manager
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and Implement PR Strategies:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of Bridge To Abroad.
- Craft compelling narratives that effectively communicate the company's mission, values, and success stories.
2. Media Relations :
- Foster and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
- Proactively pitch stories and secure media coverage to increase the company's presence in relevant publications.
3. Brand Representation :
- Act as the primary spokesperson for Bridge To Abroad, ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
4. Content Creation:
- Create engaging and impactful content for press releases, articles, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR efforts with overall marketing strategies.
5. Crisis Management :
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address any potential issues promptly and effectively.
- Serve as a key point of contact for media inquiries during critical situations.
6. Internal Communication:
- Facilitate internal communication to ensure that all team members are well-informed about key developments and initiatives.
- Provide media training to team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass or Graduated in any stream
- Previous experience in Public Relations or related fields is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and creative mindset
- Familiarity with the education sector is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
