ABOUT BRIDGE IMPACT

By leveraging the power of innovative technology & social media, we create an unmatched donor journey to ensure sustainable funding for your organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- To be responsible for generating funds for Bridge Impact from corporates and institutions

- Develop and strengthen relationships corporates

- Write quality funding proposals/ grant applications, in collaboration with relevant team members.

- Conduct research and identify suitable new funding opportunities and partners in India and abroad and secure institutional funding partnerships as required

- Create and maintain a database of corporates and grant-making institutions for funds/ grants. Ensure that all corporates are well managed and reported, attaining their objectives, and implemented within agreed budgets and timelines

- Ensure reporting schedules and standards of our grant-making partners are met in full compliance

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

- Self-driven and highly performance oriented.

- Mature, confident, pleasing personality.

- Must have creative thinking abilities.

- Systems are driven by an approach to management.

- Maturity and sensitivity with colleagues internally and externally

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills

- Skills in making effective presentations to external stakeholders - for example, corporate houses, funding partners etc.

- Strong skills in relationship management with multiple stakeholders - Corporate, funding agencies etc.

- Ability to persuade, network and negotiate with stakeholders.

- Understand the vision, mission and goals of the organization.

- Cross-cultural understanding

- Willingness to work odd hours if necessary

- Proficient in computer programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Solid appreciation of marketing and brand building

- Good time-management and ability to work to tight deadlines
