JOB DESCRIPTION : BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Summary :

- The role of a business development executive includes managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation.

The Candidate is expected to drive the sales, to achieve the target effectively utilizing the available inventory.

Job Responsibility :

1. Creating a prospective client bucket and closing the deals from the data points provided.

2. Reaching out to meet the prospective clients to make rapport, show them the shortlisted projects & close deals.

3. Working aggressively towards understanding the real estate vertical completely & involve in strategy and sales planning.

4. Passionate about working & growing 10X.

Job Qualification :

1. Graduate.

2. Good Speaking and Listening skills.

3. Language: English (Mandatory)

4. Amazing negotiation skills.

5. Passionate.
