Day-to-Day responsibilities include :

1. Research contractors to find the best products and prices available within a given market.

2. Conduct interviews and meetings with new contractors.

3. Negotiate new and existing vendor contracts.

4. Regular engagements with contractors including highlighting the escalating issue and ensuring contractor experience issues are addressed promptly.

5. Act as the first interface of Brick&Bolt.

6. Previous experience of on-field role will be a big plus.

7. Maintaining a professional relationship with the contractors to check their satisfaction levels

Skills & Requirements :

1. Amazing communication skills preferably from a Sales background.

2. Very high energy levels and do whatever it takes to creatively and effectively achieve your goals perpetual improvement.

4. Clarity of thought and communication.

5. Past experience working in the construction or real estate domain is a plus.

6. Local Language skill is a must.
