Job Description - Lead Digital Marketing
Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute all digital marketing strategies - SEO, SEM, social media. email, display advertising campaign and other channels.
- Track the Adword Campaigns on daily basis and optimize it for maximum return on investment using apt bidding strategies, demography, keywords, and other parameters.
- Constantly work on SEO to ensure that we are ahead of our competitors in organic search.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
What you should have :
- You should be an expert on Adwords and SEO (on-page and off-page optimizations)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing digital marketing for the organization
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Any Graduate (bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field will be added advantage)
