Job Description :
- Responsible for Pre- Sales to guide & support the clients in getting their desired properties through Tele-sales and coordinating with clients for site visits.
- Candidate will report to Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities :
- Call prospective lead that are generated by internal/external sources.
- Outbound calling for Existing and upcoming Real Estate Projects.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential properties for clients.
- Encourage customer to come for a Site Visit, and assisting them in the same
- Generate walk ins at the site.
- Ensure regular follow-up on leads with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
- Maintain daily call details and customer information in the database
- Appropriately communicate brand identity.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Should be Fluent in English & Hindi/Kannada
- 2 years of work experience in Pre-sales/real estate domain is preferred
- Candidates should have experience into outbound calling for Real Estate Projects.
- Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Should be residing in Bangalore and should be aware about Bangalore as a geography.
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
