@BRAVELABS is seeking an experienced Digital marketing manager and strategist to execute online experiences that drive engagement across multiple target audiences.


- Primary responsibilities of this role include planning and delivering effective digital strategies to achieve business goals.

GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:

Are you an experienced Digital Strategist with a strong understanding of web technologies and who is looking to work in a fast-paced digital media startup environment.

- In this role you will be working in a beautiful office space environment in Bangalore where you will report directly to the Digital Strategy director, also based in Bangalore. The primary role will be working on India and some of the US accounts where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with clients, collaborate with a nearshore team of developers and designers, and work with entire team on key global brands.

- You will need to be comfortable attending client meetings, work closely with the Account Director to service all client needs from proposal creation, kick-off meetings, ongoing communication (both internally and externally), etc. The individual is expected to have a solid knowledge base of technical processes and language. 


- A professional manner is essential, as is the ability to think on your feet. The desire to seek to add value to each and every project is crucial.

- We use a mix of project management processes, including the use of agile methodologies where we can. You will become part of the Operations team driving this process.

The Role :

- You will be partly responsible for growing the agency's digital revenue from both existing and new clients, providing existing clients with senior counsel on digital and social media strategies.

- Working in partnership with the other teams internally, you will ensure strategies and campaigns are holistic, deliver actionable insights to new business teams based on digital/ social media landscape analyses and play a key role in pitching those campaigns.

- This effort needs to come from a sound understanding of the digital landscape of brands and its potential for digital behaviour, constantly thinking about how it can behave on connected platforms.

- This position plays an instrumental role in ensuring our creative directives; client pitches and new business are developed with a platform agnostic mindset and can be further amplified and delivered through the digital ecosystem.

- You will be also primarily responsible for the campaign experience by providing a detailed analysis of all the campaign touch points, how they drive to one and another and how they create one holistic experience.

Responsibilities : 

- Brainstorming concepts for campaigns, events, online initiatives, and more

- Producing copy daily in addition to strategic work

- Continually inspire our clients with a vision for their brand, game-changing ideas and plans to get them executed

- Drive concepts, brand and business strategy discussions to uncover business needs and opportunities

- Uncover social insights and develop social media and creative solutions that drive the key business goals of our top clients

- Partner with others on the team to make your and their ideas shine

- Work with Product and Engineering to refine your ideas for maximum impact on any given platform

- Be a thought leader on how social technology is fundamentally changing brand marketing

- Client demands on occasion will dictate that work be done after hours, where, due to the external time limits imposed by our clients, it is necessary to work in excess of the regular hours to service the clients.

- An interest in and understanding of analytics and measurement of social media campaigns including a knowledge of listening based tools

- Develop digital marketing strategies with a measurement focus and integrated communications.

- Continuously keep on top of emerging social media trends.

- Campaign management across all touch or activation points

Candidate Pre-Requisites:

- Exceptional people-skills, Keen attention to detail.

- Relationship building capabilities.

- Demonstrates skill conception and developing strategic, brilliant creative

- Ability to think big and apply that to the wide range of opportunities

- Ability to bring your own ideas to life through design

- Entrepreneurial - inventing every day and - What's next- here mentality

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to clearly and confidently bring an idea to life in a presentation is important

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team

- Strategic. An understanding of and desire to become more expert in brand marketing and how to build brilliant ideas across multiple verticals

- Experience with Google tools like Analytics, webmaster and Ad Words platform a plus

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, CMS and project management systems

- Project Co-ordination with designers, SEO staff and team leaders

- Minimum 3 years of direct experience managing internet/digital/inbound marketing accounts

- Bachelor's degree

- Coding in HTML with Backend technology skills is a plus
