Job Description :

We're seeking a qualified business development specialist to extend our reach through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships. His/her job is to drive sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies, also to track down marketing and sales data, and identify areas of improvement.

Our ideal candidate needs to be creative, ahead of the curve, and must have a passion for all marketing/sales and technology things. He/she will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiatives, and help user brands to connect directly to consumers with various ideas integrating marketing and technology. Objectives of the Role :

- Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities

- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and pitches for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships

- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets

- Own the P&L and ensure revenue as well as profitability from client relationships

- Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration

- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals

- Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics

Daily & Monthly Responsibilities :

- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy

- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, develop use cases and lead and facilitate pitch logistics

- Manage proposal & response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources, etc

- Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company

- Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals

- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations

- Communicate impeccably Internally and Externally! Both orally and in the written word.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business or management

- Minimum 8 years experience and a hunter mentality with a successful track record of B2B sales & negotiations

- Understanding of FMCG/CPG markets and their consumer behavior

- Exposure to ATL/BTL and Digital marketing activations

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Working experience with sales techniques and proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting

- Highly motivated, with experience working independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with CRM software's and an ability to deliver presentations is an add on

- An entrepreneurial streak will be a distinct advantage
