Brand Strategist - Marketing - Digital Advertising Agency (4-7 yrs)

Job Description:

The location of this position can be either Noida or Mumbai (Currently Remote working)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES-

- Should have at least 4-6 years brand planning experience in a digital advertising agency.

- Should be capable of developing Brand campaigns for clients.

- Conduct competitive research to identify our strengths and weaknesses

- Design Promotional campaigns for new products and markets

- Develop our Social Media Strategy.

- Assess the performance of our Advertising campaigns and Events.

- Analyse Market trends and identify new opportunities and challenges.

- Good understanding of Branding and brand building models and methods.

- Strong understanding of Pan India markets across a wide range of categories.

- More than capable to develop relevant Brand strategies in context to various verticals of the firm

- Gather feedback from sales and analyse consumer behaviour to define our company's Brand positioning.

- Assess the performance of our advertising campaigns and events.

- Craft our differentiation strategy.

- Create guidelines that define our company's voice both online and offline.

Additional Information:

REQUIREMENTS:

- Work experience as a Brand Strategist or similar role in Marketing

- Degree in business, Marketing, Branding, Communication or related field required.

- The ability to use storytelling skills to craft engaging campaigns highlighting the story and benefits of our brand to lure consumers.

- Experience developing marketing strategies based on market segmentation.

- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.

- The ability to follow and predict trends in order to develop strategies that succeed in a changing marketplace and anticipate shifting customer profiles.

- Passionate about Brand strategy and making an impact

- Strong analytic skills

- Ability to lead & influence cross-functional teams

- Track record of delivering meaningful marketing programs that drive business success

- Demonstrated sense of accountability and decisiveness

- Stakeholder management: Ability to successfully interact with various levels within the organisation

- Intellectually curious, proactively seeking and developing new opportunities

Graduation - Any Graduate

- Candidates must have worked on creating Brand positioning & campaigns for Clients (While working in a Digital Advertising agency)

- Important: Please ensure that the candidate is willing & eager to work in a Technology "Startup environment" and is fully aware of the company & role.

- Virtual On-boarding: Candidate must have their own Laptop/ PC with a good Wifi connection. (BYOD)

- This is a "Work from home" requirement at least until end of 2020. The candidates however, must be willing to work out-of Noida or Mumbai offices in 2021.

There is a 4 months probation period.
