The Job :
Your responsibilities will include :
- Attracting new customers and improving profits
- Assisting with product launches and events
- Improving knowledge of the product range
- Answering questions, and addressing customer concerns
- Multitask and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within the Retail industry.
- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
