Brand Marketing Role - Real Estate (4-15 yrs)

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS :


- Work with the marketing leadership to develop product positioning, value propositioning and messaging for new and upcoming project launches, for a group of Century Real Estate product brands.

- Develop brand activity calendar, coordinate cross-functional activities, planning and processes ensuring timely completion of all marketing activities and goals.

- Work with multiple teams, to translate, buyer, competitor, product and market insights into marketing promotions and innovations directed towards meeting brand, customer and business goals.

- Plan and deliver multiple brand and product campaigns to scale up awareness, consideration and business conversions for products in the Aspirational, Plotted and Luxury Brand Groups.

- Work closely with internal and external creative strategy, communication, activations and design functions to create delightful, differentiated and innovative brand communication for the ABG brand portfolio.

- Analyse current brand positioning, metrics, and consumer insights improve all markers for the project and portfolio brands

- Collaborate with the leadership in planning and executing multi-channel campaign plans, managing work-flows with creative and marketing agencies and tracking the results and effectiveness of the same across channels.

- Ideating and creation of merchandise/corporate gifts in accordance with the product positioning and philosophy.

- Liaising with the internal teams for seamless flow of information on activities and orchestration marketing work-flows and business goals

- Interact, brief and align PR team on the content strategy and calendar for each of the project brands and their coverage in external, internal and owned media.
