Brand Marketing Role - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Assist in developing and executing brand strategies for residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects, ensuring consistent brand positioning.
2. Work closely with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals and target audiences.
3. Collaborate in the design and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote real estate projects, increase awareness, and generate leads.
4. Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and creative production to ensure timely delivery and alignment with brand guidelines.
5. Monitor and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and optimize for better engagement.
6. Assist in creating engaging content, such as brochures, email newsletters, website copy, social media posts, and promotional videos, to communicate the brand's story and drive customer engagement.
7. Ensure consistent tone and messaging across all platforms to reinforce the brand identity.
8. Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform brand strategy.
9. Analyze customer feedback and engagement data to identify opportunities for enhancing the brand experience and optimizing marketing efforts.
10. Support the planning and execution of real estate events, such as property launches, open houses, expos, webinars, and client meetings.
11. Coordinate promotional activities and local marketing efforts to drive traffic to properties and increase brand visibility.
12. Track and analyze brand performance through various metrics (brand awareness, lead generation, customer sentiment) and generate reports for senior management.
13. Provide recommendations for improving brand campaigns and strategies based on data-driven insights.
14. Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, PR, design, and external agencies, to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
15. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute high-impact marketing campaigns.
