Brand Manager/Senior Brand Manager - FMCG (4-10 yrs)
Brand Manager/SBM -personal care.
- Develop a marketing strategy to meet business growth objectives
- Develop strong understanding of customer behaviour and expectations in Personal care category
- Drive the ATL, BTL and direct marketing initiatives
- Developing new categories within brand along with New Product Development responsibilities, collateral materials for ATL, BTL activities, product mix
- Consumer research & insight, proactive approach for new launches & campaigns
- Developing brand plans, marketing strategies, communication, promotions and implementation pan India
- Working closely with the company's sales team, enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
- Responsible for managing the portfolio team, providing clear guidance and direction in developing and implementing strategic marketing plan
- Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team
- Developing annual brand plans in partnership with the sales and insight teams, leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Responsible for complete ownership of product category from concept to go to market strategy
- Provide detailed business plan of the product/category including contribution per product/product category
Education & Relevant Experience :
- MBA in marketing from reputed Institute with 3-8 years of experience in personal care or Food FMCG.
