Company : Super Speciality Hospital.

Location : Mohali (Punjab).

Position : Brand Manager.

Experience : 10 years plus in Branding Promotion of Super Specialist Hospitals.

Qualification : Master`s in Health Care Management/Marketing/ Any other.

Job Responsibilty :

- Developing brand guidelines, ensure the consistency of brand and its protocol.

- Leading the strategic planning process for the brand, based on key consumer insights to enhance current service portfolio and improve communications with consumers.

- Involvement in the development of the company's long-term planning that identifies new business opportunities, markets, and partners

- Working closely with referral team and fulfilling the branding requirements.

- Monitoring and analysing brand performance in comparison to the competition.

- Implementing the marketing plans by working with internal and external vendors to deliver in a timely manner and on budget.

- Coordination with Team and Department.

- Coordinating the development of communication materials such as catalogues, websites, brochures, packaging and in-clinic displays.

- Coordinate with media house for timely execution of the task.

- Handle PR relations of the hospital; formulate press release articles.

- Delivering internal and external presentations regarding new product introductions, marketing materials, business objective and communication strategy.

- Coordinating regular meetings and preparing regular reports outlining the brands' performance.

- Managing the status of projects, product testing and the evaluation of external agencies, Managing activations across domain for new doctors, specialities etc.
