Brand Manager - Marketing - Education (7-15 yrs)

- The Brand Manager will be responsible to establish and maintain a positive brand image for the institution. They will be managing and implementing various branding and marketing strategies to enhance the school's reputation, attract students, engage with parents and the community, and ensure a consistent and compelling brand identity.

Key Responsibilities :

Brand Development :

- Develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy that aligns with the school's mission, values, and educational offerings.

- Define the school's unique selling propositions and create a compelling brand story.

Visual Identity :

- Oversee the development and maintenance of the school's visual identity, including logos, color schemes, typography, and design guidelines.

- Ensure all school materials and communications adhere to the established visual identity.

Marketing Campaigns :

- Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns to attract prospective students and engage with current students, parents, and the wider community.

- Collaborate with the admissions team to create marketing materials that showcase the school's strengths and offerings.

Public Relations :

- Cultivate relationships with local media outlets and education influencers to secure positive media coverage and press releases.

- Respond to media inquiries and act as a spokesperson for the school when necessary.

Brand Compliance :

- Ensure that all school departments and staff adhere to the established brand guidelines in their communications and materials.

- Conduct brand training sessions for staff members, as needed.

Market Research :

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.

- Analyze data to inform branding and marketing decisions.

Budget Management :

- Develop and manage the branding and marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Events and Community Engagement :

- Plan and execute school events, open houses, and community engagement activities to promote the school's brand and foster a sense of belonging.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

- Proven experience in branding, marketing, or public relations, preferably in an educational setting.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

- Strong creative and design sensibilities.
