Brand Manager - Marketing (3-6 yrs)
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to deliver impactful marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry.

- Manage all aspects of digital marketing including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing to drive website traffic and engagement.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, and infographics, to support brand messaging and storytelling.
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as events, sponsorships, and partnerships to enhance brand presence and visibility in the market.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, track KPIs, and generate insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives within budget and timeline constraints.
- Cultivate a collaborative and results-driven culture within the marketing team, providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in brand marketing, with a focus on both digital and traditional channels.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for events and marketing activities.
