Brand Manager - IT (1-4 yrs)

Role Summary :

- As a Brand manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the overall image and reputation of a company's brand or product. This includes developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, onboarding brands, and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement the overall brand strategy for the company's products and services

- Conduct market research to identify target markets and understand customer needs and preferences

- Shortlist the Societies According to Brand Requirements

- Follow up with brands for scheduling the activations

- Ensuring Smooth Communication between RMs and Execution Team

- Analyse Campaign Revenue and manage the brand's budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize the return on investment

- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments and use this knowledge to inform brand strategy and marketing efforts

- Follow up with brands for timely payments for campaigns

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

- Experience in brand management, sales, or marketing is preferable

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience with market research and data analysis

- Knowledge of marketing and advertising principles and best practices
