Brand Manager - Haircare & Beauty Retail (8-13 yrs)
Job Description :
- COMPANY : Premium Hair care & Beauty Retail Excellence (Assisted Selling channel)
- Handling all the ATL and BTL activities .
- Deploying various Brand activation's in General trade, Modern trade and CSD. Regularly carry out consumer and customer research by running AC Neilson, IMRB softwares, and tracking internal sales.
- Coordination with various stakeholders - R&D, legal, packaging, procurement, trade marketing & distribution team to ensure all business networks land on time to ensure brand growth.
- Responsible for liaising with Mall management, agencies for BTL activities and working with the mall authorities for merchandising and presentation of the brand at the stores.
- Ensuring state of art Brand imagery for COMPANY at the stores by ensuring superior merchandise is put up at point of sale.
- Manage and implement marketing activities to achieve maximum performance.
- To drive tertiary sales at the COMPANY counters PAN India and hence ensure counter profitability is maintained at all times.
- Regular management along with the field staff to guarantee flawless operations for the brand to maintain brand equity.
- Handling the COMPANY fashion week operations.
