It's a premium chocolate gifting company, is in search of a versatile Brand Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in a small business environment, fostering effective collaboration with diverse teams (Design / Operation / Accounts Team).
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English.
- Basic understanding of brand development and marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with a creative mindset.
- Prior experience in an ad agency with expertise in account handling and client management.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights within the food gifting sector.
- Shape and articulate the brand's vision and mission to align seamlessly with our clients' expectations.
- Manage Google Ad campaigns tailored to specific seasons and additionally oversee Facebook and Instagram ads.
- Research current trends in social media and create content that resonates with the brand.
- Focus on enhancing brand positioning and awareness within the premium chocolate gifting Industry.
- Oversee operations, ensuring seamless coordination among departments to optimize resources and maximize output.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements, ensuring a well-coordinated backend process and providing top-notch customer service.
