Brand Manager (8-15 yrs)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Brand Manager to join our associate partner who are one of the largest food companies in India. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic brand initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and foster brand loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of creative vision, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to effectively manage and elevate our brand identity in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business objectives, enhance brand equity, and increase market share.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for brand differentiation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of brand initiatives with overall marketing objectives and company goals.

- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling efforts to communicate the brand's value proposition and unique selling points effectively.

- Oversee the development of brand assets, including logos, packaging, visual identity, and marketing collateral, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

- Manage brand communication channels, including digital platforms, social media, advertising campaigns, and public relations activities, to drive brand visibility and engagement.

- Analyse brand performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of brand campaigns and initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing strategies.

- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to anticipate shifts in consumer behaviour and market dynamics, informing strategic brand decisions.

- Develop and execute innovative brand promotions, partnerships, and sponsorships to increase brand exposure and reach new audiences.

- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and industry partners, to support brand initiatives and achieve marketing objectives.

- Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and industry innovations in branding, digital marketing, and consumer behaviour to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven experience 8-12 years in brand management, marketing, or related roles, preferably in the Hospitality or Luxury Retail industry.

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable brand strategies and initiatives.

- Creative mindset with a passion for brand building, storytelling, and visual communication.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems, and analytics tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business impact and ROI.

- Familiarity with brand management software, market research methodologies, and consumer behaviour analysis techniques.

- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market trends and consumer preferences.
