Brand Executive - Automobile (3-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
Brand Strategy Development :
- Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies to establish and enhance brand presence in the market.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Marketing Campaigns :
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
Content Creation :
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and relevant content for marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, and social media posts.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
Brand Communication :
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Develop and manage relationships with media, influencers, and other key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
Event Management :
- Organize and coordinate brand events, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Ensure effective execution and promotion of events to maximize brand exposure.
Product Positioning :
- Assist in defining product positioning and key messaging to differentiate the brand in the market.
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure brand alignment with new product launches.
Market Analysis :
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities and threats to the brand.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market data to support strategic decision-making.
Customer Engagement :
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-6 years) in brand management or marketing, preferably within the Automobile or EV (2-Wheeler) industry.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Immediate joiner or available within a 15-day notice period.
