Business Development Manager

- We are looking for a Business Development Manager having minimum experience of 3 years to sell our digital services. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage client relationships while driving the agency's goals to achieve the best possible results.

Description :

- Discovers and explores business opportunities.

- Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients

- Make calls to prospective customers and use sales tactics to get businesses to buy our service from us.

- Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects

- Possess a strong understanding of our services, our competition in the industry and positioning

- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets

- Pitching services Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays

- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.

- Experience in Agency sales, marketing or related field.

- Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal

- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Business Development manager or similar role with an Ad agency/Media agency.

Experience : 3+ years of agency work experience

Salary : Upto 40k Per Month
