Business Development Manager Digital Media

We are looking for a experienced Business Development Manager- Digital Media to grow along the company. We look for professionals with entrepreneurial mindset who have the passion to grow exponentially along with the company.

As a BDM, you should have in-depth Online marketing experience and a passion for Sales. You will work closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels. You will have a full-fledged operations team to support and service team to manage operations.

Candidates who are having 3 to 6 years of experience in Business development from Digital agencies would be considered. Non-digital experience candidates will not be shortlisted.

Job Description :

The digital arm of Brand and Beyond is looking for professionals with proven expertise in business development domain with Digital Marketing experience to support the next phase of growth.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead Generation for new business by networking, cold calling and using digital promotion.

2. Draft business proposals, prepare presentations and undertake presentations to the clients.

3. Achieve sales targets and enhance organisation's market share in a highly competitive market.

4. Negotiate and win business contracts.

5. Work with internal teams to innovate on offerings as per market needs. Identify new business opportunities

Core Responsibilities :

- Build Sales Strategy and develop new accounts in Mumbai.

- Managing sales, successful on- boarding of new clients, providing the specialised advice to key clients, maintaining relationship with the stakeholders and customers etc.

- Understanding brand needs and providing solutions basis the insight

- Working with agency colleagues to devise advertising campaign that meets the client s brief and budget

- Research and identify new business opportunities

- Develop and maintain sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and leveraging on existing network

- Arranging and closing business meetings with prospective clients.

- Understand market and digital landscape requirements to develop successful communication

- Engage clients with a consultative selling approach

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Excellent communications & presentation skills

- Proven experience as a Business Head - Marketing Agency/Digital Media

- Leadership & personal management

- Strong network in Bangalore Market and minimum 3-4 years of experience in Bangalore.

- Business and financial acumen

- Excellent negotiation skills

- Relationship management skills

- Strategic vision, solution/ service development and planning

- Problem solving capabilities

- Cultural empathy

- Good knowledge on Industry and our market

- Ability to negotiate, create tailored solution for each client and close deals

- Ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team as well.

- Experience of working for overseas clients will be an added advantage
