Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Email Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As an Email Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and generating leads through LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns. Your primary goal will be to engage potential clients, nurture relationships, and convert them into qualified leads for our sales team. You will work closely with the marketing and sales departments to execute lead-generation strategies and achieve our business growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize email, LinkedIn and other social media platforms to identify and connect with potential clients.

- Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain communication.

- Conduct market research to identify potential target audiences and industries.

- Create compelling content, messages, and templates for email campaigns.

- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of lead generation activities.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead-generation efforts with overall marketing strategies.

- Utilize lead generation tools and platforms to manage and track leads effectively.

- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and ensure they are routed to the appropriate sales representatives.

- Continuously optimize lead generation processes to improve conversion rates.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in lead generation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably using LinkedIn and email marketing.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and lead generation strategies.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and social media for business purposes.

- Familiarity with email marketing tools and automation platforms.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

- Results-oriented and able to meet targets and deadlines.
