CTC: Up to 8 LPA
Experience: 6 to 8 years of work experience in life insurance or BFSI experience as trainer
Education: Graduation/Post graduation
Location: Gujarat
Job description :
1. Training profile
2. Train new joiner, current employee and new advisors
3. From top to bottom all employee's training responsibility will be on you
4. Make sure you achieve 90% passing ratio of advisors who attempt IRDA exam
5. Maintain training records and training reports day to day and month on month basis
6. Conduct timely assessment survey
