Job Description :
- We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Branch Sales Officers (BSO) in the banking industry. This role involves field sales and offers an exciting opportunity for both freshers and experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting banking products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct customer visits and presentations.
- Provide information and assistance to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work effectively under pressure to achieve sales goals.
Requirements : Strong verbal communication skills in Malayalam.
Active listening skills :
- Possession of essential documents:
(i) Pan Card
(ii) Aadhar card
(iii) Degree certificate
- Two-wheeler for field visits.
