1.To have a good Sales Team in place as per plan (No of BDEs)
2. To do micro marketing activities
3. Motivate the Sales Team to perform
4. Increase the book size of the branch
5. Maintain Cost of acquisition low by acquiring bigger value accounts.
Desired Candidate:-
1.Good Communication Skills Preferred
2. Prefer candidates from Retail Sales Experience (Banking /Securities etc )Appointment fixing, meeting clients and daily tracking should be part of current KRA.
