Hello,
Branch Manager will be responsible for below mentioned duties & responsibilities:
- Must have experience in Direct Sales with either Insurer or broker.
- The person should still be doing field sales
- Will be responsible for his branch P&L account
- Should have handled a team of people before (Min 7/8 team members)
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your profile.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Candidates must be below 37yrs
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
Job Nature : Full Time
