- Ensuring appointment of DST (Sales Officers) for lead generation and fulfillment

- Handling sales officers by training them to reach maximum productivity and achieve business goals

- Nurturing the relationship with all sourcing partners - Connectors, DSA's

- Enhancing business through increase in market share of affordable mortgage and deeper geography penetration along with other products i.e. LAP, Home Loan, Fixed deposits and Insurance

- Expanding the market reach by organizing regular promotional activities through his team in collaboration with marketing team

- Utilizing digital platforms to increase the inflow of customers and ensuring the whole team is well equipped with these platforms

- Creating and maintaining relationship with builders, property dealers, CAs and all kinds of probable sourcing partners by paying regular visits

- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned market segment to generate new business for the organization's products/services.

- Building deeper connections in the market to be updated about latest trends in mortgage industry

- Responsible for achievement of self as well as team target achievement
