- Responsible for setting up new branch, customer/developer relationship management, achievement of business targets and overall branch profitability. Training and Development and up keep of the branch

Section 3 : Do: Key Activities


Critical Routine: 

- Ensuring monthly, yearly targets are met by the branch Monitoring the daily visits by team and ensuring updating the same in the app. Meeting overall KPI(Targets)

- Branch Administration Training, coaching and monitoring team performance.

- Organizing business promotion campaign and participate in Marketing activities 


- Ensuring conversion of leads generated and disbursement of file in line with the credit policy. overall policy and process implementation and monitoring

- Maintain relationships with the existing customer and develop network

Prior Experience : Minimum 3 years experience in sales of HL/LAP.

- Domain Knowledge Understanding the Home Loan market, Knowledge about regulatory aspect of home loan.
