Role Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
1) Administrative and Sales responsibilities of the branch
2) Identify new customers and focus on them to position TT Insurance as a knowledge-based insurance intermediary
3) Responsible for significant growth in the overall business volumes of TTI by acquiring new customers
4) Be aware of the constant changes in the insurance environment and new products being introduced by insurance companies and train the team accordingly
5) Have a keen eye on high quality service and be responsive to the customers- requirements.
6) Generate a constant pipe line of accounts and ensure the funnel is always full
7) Identify the insurance requirements of the SME and Major Corporates and be in a position to establish contact with the decision makers and connect them with the Underwriting Team for evaluating the risk and arriving at possible insurance solutions without compromising on quality.
8) Responsible for pre-sales, post sales service with the external and internal stake holders.
9) Communicate business issues / customer feedback to the management.
10) Monitor all periodic Sales Reports with the TAT's of Team members
