About Job:
- The Relationship Manager will be responsible for nurturing client relationships through continuous client engagements and risk profiling.
- The RM will be responsible for identification of potential customers and providing them customized solutions as per their requirements.
- The position entails client management and acquisition with a key focus on expanding the Asset under Management.
- Key capabilities include working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams to design, collaborate with multiple stakeholders and provide tailored investment products aligned to customer needs.
- The center of all client engagements will be to ensure superior customer experience
Roles and responsibilities:
- While upholding the highest standards of customer care, offer financial solutions to Priority customers.
- Keep an accurate customer profile that includes their risk profile, demographics, and bank assets.
- Enhance connections and increase wallet share by engaging customers through engagement initiatives.
- Strengthen current connections by promoting the Bank's services and goods as well as third-party investment products.
- Find prospective clients to whom you can offer customized products in order to increase product penetration.
- Get new clients by converting leads from referrals.
- Reach the monthly goals that the organization assigns you.
- All engagement activities should be tracked and recorded using the CRM system.
