Branch Relationship Manager - Sales - Bank (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for a Branch relationship manager. They supervise and manage the sales force that is in charge of marketing and selling insurance products through banking relationships.
Role and Responsibilities:
- In charge of maintaining communication with the bank, working together, and delivering business strategies.
- Use evaluations and trends to find sales opportunities, then provide business solutions.
- Establish and preserve positive relationships with the branches and regional manager of the bank.
- Manage and maintain the assigned staff members in a way that ensures the assigned Bank branch's area production objective is met.
- Work with the operations team and make sure the sakes team receives the training.
- Provide the Head of Bancassurance and the appropriate parties with regular reporting.
Qualifications and Educations Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years Work experiences in banking industry specializing in Sales area.
- Strong in sales leader with the proven record.
- Must be a local candidate
- Age range: 22 to 38 years
