Branch Sales Manager - CASA - RL Sales
- CTC offer range ( INR 7.5 to INR 9.0 lakh)
- Good Communication & Interpersonal skills
- Sourcing experience of CASA is Mandatory ( Current Account / Saving Account)
- 9-10 Years of direct sales experience with Team handling experience of minimum two year.
Age should be close +/- 32
Qualification: Any Graduate or MBA
- Only from Banking Industry, who is currently working as ASM/BSM
- Grade: M3 / M4
Job Description:
- Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CA and Third Party Products like Insurance, Mutual Funds, Online Trading, Demat Accounts etc through the Sales Channel.
- Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team for the Branch and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics.
- Responsible for leading a large Sales Channel comprising of Team Leaders and Sales.
- Executives and ensuring Recruitment, Training, Retention and Mentoring of Sales teams.
- Experience in handling large team.
