Branch Operations Manager - Sales - Education (3-5 yrs)

To manage branch operations efficiently and effectively and achieve branch revenue and collection targets by ensuring good quality of loans.

For Business Development :


- Generating Business by implementing various promotional and brand building activities. 


- To plan for new identification of villages next to existing cluster for a better coverage of the villages and effective collections.


 - Establishing and managing relationship with village authorities, managing local bodies and politically influential people 


- Plan, organize, direct & Control various activities of the entire branch to meet targets. 


- Collecting, transmitting and utilizing market information to be passed on to seniors to facilitate decision making. 


- Implement plans by allocating resources as suggested by State Business Heads 


- Plan various promotional and Brand Building activities in the region to increase business and market penetration

For Portfolio Health: 


- Ensuring quality of the loan. 


- Monitoring timely disbursements of loans 


- Maintaining Collection Efficiency. 


- Complete control of NPA and overdue cases and reduce the cases from becoming NPAs 


For Process improvement and Adherence :


- Establish a Sales objective for the branch each month and submit it to the territory manager.


- Coordinating with CLT's and planning their regular schedule


- Recruitment of Customer Managers through internal reference o Handling the administrative functions of the Branch 


- Ensuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks 


- To Participate in Other Product & Process Improvement and TMW Activities. 


- To ensure to manage effective utilization of resources and plan hiring as per the budget. 


- Planning and Coordinating overall Branch Operations as per the business plan 


- Submitting regular MIS to regional office as required.

For Customer Satisfaction :


- Meeting walk-in and other customers in order to handle queries and resolve problems


- Pacifying aggrieved Customers.


- Conducting field visits for customer meetings and collections 


- Handling defaulters and critical NPA's and convincing them to pay their EMI's.

For Employee Development and Engagement : 


- Providing On the job training for Customer Managers with respect to Products, Processes, Customer handling, Problem solving etc. 


- At the beginning of each month, counsel each Customer Manager about the target to be achieved and prepare the action plan for them.


- Continuously monitoring each sales person's daily performance and compare it with their monthly target. 


- Retaining employees and counseling them. 


- Coaching, counseling, advising, supporting, motivating team in order to help them meet their sales objectives.


- Conducting Performance Review of Team Members 


- Encouraging team to participate in Kaizen projects. 


- Ensuring smooth on-boarding of the new joinees and spend quality time with them for proper handholding of the responsibilities and give thorough understanding of the job.
