Job description:
- BM will be responsible for handling an on roll team of 8 -10 sales managers in Agency Channel.
- Team of Sales Manager will be responsible for Recruitment of Team from own network.
- Monitor the day to day activity, planning & execution of Agency team.
Required Candidate profile:
- Age between 23 - 40 yrs
- At least 6 years of Agency Sales experience in Insurance Sector
- At least 2 years of team handling experience
- Willing to travel across the assigned locations
