Job Description :
Branch Manager - Two wheelers and three wheelers
- Responsible for the branch and assets at the branch including sales, collection, after sales service, distribution expansion, within the branch
- Identify market opportunities and appoint channel partner/dealers within the branch area according to the potential of the market
- Responsible to achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales target of branch as well dealer wise.
- Executing the retail activity plans within the branch - service camps, mechanics meet, test drive activities, dealer meets etc.
- Responsible for appointing service and spare parts outlets and private garage mechanics training & maintaining adequate spare stock at all outlets.
- Responsible to resolve dealers, customers, service center's issues timely and professionally.
- Continuously update product knowledge, understand product applications and help customer/dealer's in their selection.
- Responsible for warehouse operations, maintain necessary inventory levels, route deliveries & pickups.
- Ensures all facilities are maintained in neat and professional manner
Candidate should have :
- Minimum of 5 Years experience in a similar role in 2 and 3 wheeler industry.
- Prolific in computers especially MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Go getter with a can do attitude with self-initiative
- Above average communication skills in English
