- Recruitment
- Operations
- Revenue
- Client acquisition
- Cross selling (Mutual Fund, Insurance, FD, IPO, ECT)
2. Conducting corporate activities
3.Responsible for individual RM & Dealer performance
4. Training new recruits
5. Advising clients on stock market
6. Handling HNI client portfolio
7. To look after the branch profitability
