Branch Manager - Sales - Publication Firm (8-12 yrs)
We are hiring for a leading Publication Company
Responsibilities:
- Directing and strategizing sales plan for the team members. Achieving branch targets .
- Supervising team`s performance and targets
- Training the new team members, conducting group meetings and motivating to promote efficiency.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, as and when required
- Responsible for generation revenue of their respective branch
- Conduct marketing campaigns as and when required
- 9-10 year experience preferred
