- Supervise and recruit the Assistant Busi][ness Managers, Recruitment managers, Business Associates, Advisors
- Promote the business through them
- Follow-up the Sales team for the purpose of consecutive performance
- To get max incentive, in regular business and special Business campaign schemes.
- Coach, Train and support the reporting Managers
- Monitor and review their performance
Desired Profile:
- Should have Experience in Agency channel
- Should have Good communication
- Should have 1years experience in team management
- Should have 6-7 years relevant experience
- Age Up to 35years
- Currently working profiles are highly preferred
- Current CTC should be more than 400000 LPA
