Branch Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (6-15 yrs)
We have openings for leading LIFE INSURANCE - BRANCH MANAGER - CHENNAI
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and build avenues for sourcing agency leaders in the location as per policy guidelines
To meet the budgeted numbers of agency leaders recruitment for the location
- Work closely with agency leaders for achieving their targets through mentoring, coaching and helping them in joint calls
- Enable the Agency Leaders and ALMs to build & drive a strong advisor force
- To achieve month over month Branch Targets of advisor coding, activization and APE through ALMs/ALs & newly recruited ALs.
- To plan/review/monitor performance of the team of ALMs/ALs and advisors
- Submit various sales reports timely to ensure adherence to reporting mechanism
- Taking care of day to day administration of the branch
Location: Chennai
CTC: max upto 12L
Age criteria : below 40 yrs
Desirable candidates:
- Minimum 5yr of experience into insurance industry
- Suitable candidate can share your updated resume
