Position: Branch Manager
Product : Home loan / Loan against property(LAP)
Experience : Minimum 4 Years
Salary : Up to 7 LPA.
Location : Gujarat (Morbi & Rajkot)
Delhi NCR(Faridabad,Mathura & Delhi).
Job Role & Responsibility :
- Identifying business opportunities by researching and analyzing sales options.
- Building relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities.
- Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Maintaining productivity and deliverables of business growth
- Creating a strong sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability, and employee development.
- Building new relationships with the builder community for new projects and expansion plans.
