Branch Manager - Sales - Insurance (5-8 yrs)
- Manage a team of 10-12 front line employees, support and guide the team members in achieving their targets.
- Initiate lead generation activities to support assigned team to deliver quality & profitable growth by doing need-based selling
Required Candidate profile :
- Min 4 Years Insurance Experience in Agency Channel
- Team Lead Experience preferred
- Stable Profile Preferred (Not Suitable for Job Hoppers)
- Local Person or min. 5 Years in Leave in same place
