Branch Manager
- The Branch Manager will direct and supervise the staff and day-to-day operations in the assigned branch location, ensuring delivery of quality customer service and achievement of sales or productivity goals.
Education : Any Graduate/Postgraduates.
Salary: Up To 4.70 Lpa + Travelling Allowance + Incentives

Job Description:
- Collaborates with other branch and district managers to set reasonable sales and/or retail goals.
- Conducts regular staff meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated with branch staff; provides guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals and objectives.
- Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, local network of hospitals, garages, and insurance companies.
- Increase branch footfall and presence along with demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.
- Participates in community activities to promote the organization and to build goodwill.
- Initiates Branch Engagement and marketing activities and growth campaigns.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Candidate Background And Expectations :
1. Direct sales/Agency sales background.
2. BM should have marketing knowledge and have plans to execute the same.
3. Should have good customer Interaction and Customer Service skill.
4. Minimum 3 Years of insurance sales experience.
