Job Description :
- Responsible for Sales & promotion of Home loans Business
- Leading a Sales Team & generate revenue through them
- Ensure the Branch Productivity as per the expectation of the Co., by planning activity for sales.
- Identify Training needs
- Maintaining Client relatioship
Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 7,00,000 P.A. Incentives
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Graduate / MBA
- Above 28 yrs of age.
- Min 5 yrs of Experience in Home Loans, presently in Team leading capacity
- Imbibed Leadership Skills through experience
- Possessing strong interpersonal & Comm. skills.
- Knowledge driven.
Education :
UG: Any Graduate
PG: Any Postgraduate
